The Founder

Ranjeet Singh

Ranjeet Singh brings over two decades of distinguished corporate experience to Boundless Business. His professional journey culminated as Director of Sales at a leading consumer technology company, where he led a national team of 300+ professionals through one of the company's highest-performing years.

That career - marked by scale, performance, and leadership under pressure - gave Ranjeet an insider's understanding of what organisations need from their people. But it also gave him a deeper question: what happens to highly capable professionals when success no longer feels like enough?

That question led to a personal transformation - guided by mentors including Ron Malhotra and through training at Mindvalley - that ultimately became the foundation of the Boundless ecosystem.

Today, as a certified life coach and a certified Brian Tracy Solutions facilitator, Ranjeet's work sits at the intersection of two powerful disciplines: helping organisations unlock performance at the systemic level through training, while simultaneously helping the people within those organisations find clarity, direction, and renewed purpose at the individual level.

He is also the author of Boundless: The Significance Journey - a book that explores the transition from external success to internal significance - and the Founder of Boundless Business.

His mission is straightforward: to deliver human-centric services that unlock the immense potential that exists in every individual and organisation.

The format is deliberately immersive - two focused days allow participants to go deep into the material, practice the techniques, and build the habits that make the learning stick. Batch size is capped at a maximum of 16 participants. This small-group format is intentional: it ensures every participant receives personalised attention, active facilitation, and the space to apply the concepts to their own real-world context.
