• Brian Tracy Solutions facilitated training programmes
• Bespoke corporate training and development workshops

Coaching and Training Are Not

• Therapy or psychological counselling
• Medical or psychiatric treatment
• Financial or legal advisory services
• A guarantee of specific business or personal outcomes

Clients and participating organisations are solely responsible for all decisions and actions taken based on any coaching or training engagement.

Client & Organisational Responsibility

Engaging organisations and individual participants agree to:

• Participate honestly, openly, and actively in agreed engagements
• Take responsibility for decisions and actions arising from the process
• Ensure nominated participants attend scheduled sessions punctually
• Engage with the process with seriousness and good faith

Results depend significantly on the level of engagement. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

Programme Structure

Boundless Business offers a range of structured engagements, including:

• Executive Coaching Programmes - one-to-one leadership and professional development coaching
• Corporate Training Workshops - customised group training designed for organisational teams
• Brian Tracy Solutions Programmes - facilitated training including Perform at Your Best and Superior Selling Skills
• Life Coaching Engagements - individual coaching across professional and personal life areas

Each programme follows a defined process focused on: Clarity - Direction - Action

Bookings & Sessions

• Sessions are scheduled through mutual coordination with the Boundless Business team
• Organisations are responsible for ensuring nominated participants attend agreed sessions

Rescheduling

• Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance
• Missed sessions without adequate notice may be forfeited at the coach's discretion
• Repeated cancellations may affect programme continuity and delivery

Fees & Payments

• All fees are agreed prior to commencement and must be settled as per the agreed payment schedule
• Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the service agreement
• Corporate invoices are raised in the name of Boundless Consulting Private Limited

The engagement fee represents investment in the process and the expertise of our coaches - not a guarantee of specific outcomes.

Cancellation & Termination

Boundless Business reserves the right to:

• Decline or discontinue an engagement if a fundamental misalignment is identified
• Terminate services in cases of inappropriate conduct or breach of these Terms

Clients and organisations may choose to discontinue an engagement, however fees paid for the agreed programme period will not be refunded for sessions not yet utilised.

Confidentiality

All personal and organisational information shared during coaching and training engagements is treated as strictly confidential. However, confidentiality may be limited:

• Where required by law or a court order
• Where there is credible risk of harm to an individual or organisation

Coaches may maintain session notes for continuity and quality of engagement. Organisational information shared during sessions will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent.

Limitation of Liability

Boundless Business and Boundless Consulting Private Limited are not liable for:

• Decisions made by individual clients or organisations based on coaching or training
• Actions taken or not taken following any coaching engagement
• Any direct or indirect business, financial, or personal consequences

All participants and organisations acknowledge full responsibility for their own outcomes.

Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, training materials, and methodologies provided through Boundless Business engagements are the intellectual property of Boundless Consulting Private Limited or the respective licensor (including Brian Tracy International). You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercialise any materials without express written permission.

Website Usage

• Use the website and its content for lawful purposes only
• Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to interfere with our website or services
